Why a platform shows "not connected".
YouTube: the on-machine API token carries only the youtube.upload scope, which cannot read subscriber counts; granting the youtube.readonly scope would light it up. TikTok: the developer app is still in TikTok's audit, so no user-info access exists yet. Instagram: no credentials are stored on this machine yet. Any platform without a readable source stays blank rather than estimated.
