Privacy Policy

Open Ledger Crypto ("we", "us") provides crypto market research, member alerts, and an optional paper-trading bot. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

• Email address. Collected through the newsletter signup, the founding-member waitlist, and the alert signup. Used only to send the updates you asked for. Unsubscribe anytime with the link in any email, which removes your address from the list.
• Waitlist details. The waitlist also records your plan interest (Signal or Desk) and campaign attribution parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) when the link you arrived on carries them. Used only to hold your founding-member seat.
• Alert preferences. The alert signup records the coins and alert types you choose, used solely to send the alerts you picked.
• Member accounts. If you create a member account, we store your login credentials (hashed), membership plan, and settings needed to run your membership.
• Support messages. Messages you send through support chat are stored so we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation.
• Trading bot (optional). If you connect the paper-trading bot, you may provide exchange API keys. Keys are stored encrypted, are used only to place the trades you approve, and are never shared. Withdrawal permissions are never requested.

Information collected automatically

• Engagement analytics. Aggregate, anonymous counts only (for example, pricing-card clicks). No personal data attached.
• Security logs. Standard connection information (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept briefly to detect abuse and protect the service.

Social posting integrations

When you connect a social account (such as TikTok) to let us publish content on your behalf, we receive an OAuth access token and basic profile information (such as your display name) from that platform. We use the token only to upload and publish the content you approve. Tokens are stored securely, refreshed automatically, and revoked when you disconnect the integration. We do not read your direct messages, followers, or other account data beyond what the publishing flow requires.

External services

Pages may load web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details under its own privacy terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information.
• We never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We never use your email for purposes you did not ask for.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time by replying to any email we sent you or through support chat. Deleting your account deletes your personal data; anonymized aggregate analytics cannot be traced back to you and may be retained.

Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above: email lists until you unsubscribe, member records while your account is active, support messages for up to 24 months, and security logs for up to 90 days.

Children

Open Ledger Crypto is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we add new data practices, this page will be updated before they launch, and the "Last updated" date above will change.
